We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Oh, you look for a template, find a picture, make the picture into 93x49, then you copy it, paste it onto the template in MS Paint (or any other program that you have), then you shift it over to match exactly the template.
